With a little care, yours will stay beautiful for a long time.

Jewelry Care

To keep your piece in its best condition, we recommend:

  • Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and lotions

  • Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising

  • Store it in a dry place when not worn

  • Handle with care — especially delicate wire designs

Our pieces are handmade and intentionally lightweight — treat them gently to preserve their shape and finish.

Materials & Natural Changes

Depending on the design, our pieces may include plated elements or aluminum wire.

Over time, materials may naturally:

  • Slightly change in color

  • Develop a softer finish

  • Show signs of wear

This is part of the character of handcrafted jewelry and not considered a defect.

1 Year Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on all Diluvia pieces.

If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect or breaks under normal use within this time, we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s covered:

  • Structural defects

  • Breakage under normal wear

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing or color changes over time

  • Accidental damage, bending, or misuse

  • Improper care or storage

Repairs

Even outside of warranty, we’re often able to repair your piece.

If something happens, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to help.

How to Request a Repair or Warranty Claim

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the piece

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.
